The tool
Relay
Relay coordinates the referral-to-outcome workflow around a multidisciplinary team meeting: intake and triage of referrals, list preparation, outcome recording, and communication of the outcome back to the referring clinician.
It is designed to run without a dedicated MDT coordinator role, so that teams without that post can still work to a defined, auditable process.
Relay is workflow coordination software. It does not generate clinical recommendations, does not provide clinical decision support, and is not a medical device.
Information governance
Where Relay is deployed, the NHS organisation is the data controller and Quorum Clinical Ltd is the data processor, under a written data processing agreement. We process personal data only on the documented instructions of the controller.
Quorum Clinical Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under registration reference ZC202481.
